Biggest Disappointments
:
The multitude of finals I’ve lost.

Ways of improving the game
:
Introduce the mark for cleaning fielding on kick-outs. At county level introduce a runner to get messages to players on the field. Have inter-county referees as umpires. Limit the stint county board officials remain in a position.

Dislikes about the GAA:
The first reaction to change is always “That’ll never work”. Ticket situation for big games – the people that go to games the round of the year at club and county level and struggle to get an All-Ireland ticket (if at all).

Person you would most like to meet:
Cliff Richard. See if I could convince him to stop singing and put us all out of our misery.  The worst singer in the whole world ever.

JP McManus. A money making machine. Might learn something from him !

Pet Hates:

The Monday morning alarm clock. Reality TV shows. Drivers who don’t  maximise the speed limits – driving 40mph in a 60mph zone and a tailback a dozen cars long behind them.

The Shawshank Redemption
